Valley Counseling Associates

Valley Counseling Associates tries to provide services to all members of our community. Over 20 years ago we established a training program for professionals learning how to be therapists. These are mature professionals who have obtained their Master's degrees and need to accumulate supervised therapy hours to apply for licensure. We have many applicants and choose mature professionals who are ready to provide therapy to the community.

These clinicians are closely supervised and consult often about the care they provide. If you do not have insurance, or if your deductible is high, you will be pleased at the help these externs can provide. Call 425-271-0986 to set an appointment time.

I have been trained and exposed to different styles and theories of therapy but my approach to therapy is simple. I believe you have within you what you need to heal your life. As a therapist, I am here to support you during difficult periods and times of change. You are unique and what will unfold will depend on you. Whether you are struggling as an individual, family, or as a couple, together we will explore your story searching for a better understanding of why you do what you do, what serves you well and what needs adjustment.
