Counseling services are available to individuals, couples, families, young adults, teens and children.  Workshops, seminars, support and therpeutic groups may be offered periodically on Effective Communication, Understanding Traumatic Loss, Stress Management, Depression, Grief/Loss, Personal Growth, Chronic Illness, and Post Partum Depression.  Consultation services are also available.
